The Ottawa Wolves RFC is the first predominantly gay rugby team in the National Capital Region.  The Wolves mission is to promote and encourage participation in the game of rugby among those who have traditionally been under-represented in the game, specifically the gay community.
 
During the Fall and Winter of 2007 and 2008 the Ottawa Wolves RFC will be focusing on recruiting efforts, fundraising, creating a governing structure and applying to join the Eastern Ontario Rugby Union and IGRAB (International Gay Rugby Association and Board). The Wolves welcome newcomers as well as experienced players, coaches and supporters of all ages, races and sexual orientations.
